1. What Kamaai does

Kamaai lists product deals on Flipkart, Amazon and quick-commerce apps. You place the order yourself, on your own account, using your own credit or debit card and any bank offer you are eligible for, and ship it to the delivery address we give you.

After the product is delivered to us and your invoice is verified, we pay you back the amount you paid plus the reward shown on the deal, minus TDS where it applies.

Kamaai is not a bank, lender, card issuer or payment app. We do not give credit and we never take payments from your card.

2. Who can use Kamaai

• You must be at least 18 years old and an Indian resident.
• You must use only cards, bank accounts and UPI IDs that are in your own name.
• One person, one account. Duplicate, fake or shared accounts may be closed.
• You must give correct details, including your PAN where we ask for it for TDS.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone, or with Google. Keep your phone and email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We will never ask for your card number, CVV, card PIN, card OTP or net-banking password. Do not share them with anyone claiming to be from Kamaai.

4. Placing a deal order

• Reserve a deal slot in the app before ordering. Slots are limited and may expire if not used in the time shown.
• Order the exact product, variant and quantity shown, at a price not higher than the deal limit, to the exact address shown.
• Upload the order ID, screenshot and invoice in the app when asked.
• You are the buyer on the marketplace. Your relationship with the marketplace and your card issuer is governed by their own terms.
• Card offers, cashback and reward points are decided by your bank and the marketplace, not by Kamaai. We do not promise any bank offer will apply.

5. Payouts

Payouts follow our Refund & Payout Policy. We pay only to a bank account or UPI ID in your name, or in cash at our office against a signed receipt where we offer it. Payout times shown in the app are targets, not guarantees.

6. Not allowed

• Using cards or accounts that are not yours, or stolen or fraudulent cards.
• Fake, edited or reused invoices or screenshots.
• Cancelling or returning an order after reporting it, without telling us.
• Creating multiple accounts, self-referrals or fake referrals.
• Trying to hack, overload, scrape or misuse the app.

7. Suspension and recovery

If we find fraud or a breach of these terms we may hold or cancel payouts, recover amounts already paid, close your account and, where required, report it to the authorities.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Globiznet Shopping Pvt Ltd's total liability for any claim is limited to the payout amount due on the order in question. We are not liable for marketplace delays, bank offer changes, card charges, interest or fees your bank charges you, or losses caused by events outside our control.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, deals, rewards and policies. We will show the date of the latest change on this page and tell you in the app for major changes. Using Kamaai after a change means you accept it.

10. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Please raise any complaint with us first (see Contact). Courts at Amritsar, India will have jurisdiction.
