Is my card information safe?
Yes. You order on the marketplace yourself. Kamaai never sees or stores your card number, CVV or OTP. We only ask which banks' cards you hold so we can show matching offers.
When do I get paid?
After the product is delivered to our address and your invoice is verified. The target time is shown in the app.
How do I get paid?
Bank transfer or UPI to an account in your own name, or cash at our office where available.
Why is TDS deducted?
Indian tax law may require us to deduct TDS on your reward. It is deposited against your PAN and you can claim it when filing your income tax return.
What if my order is cancelled?
No payout is due. The marketplace refunds your card. Please mark it cancelled in the app.
Can I return the product?
No. Deal orders delivered to us must not be returned. If you return it, the payout is recovered.
Do I keep my card reward points?
Yes, card reward points and spend milestones stay with you, as per your bank's rules.
What is cashback recovery?
If a deal says cashback belongs to Kamaai and you receive more cashback than your reward, the extra is adjusted from your payout.
How do referrals work?
Share your link from the Profile page. You earn when your friend completes a verified order. See Reward & Referral Terms.
