Delete Your Kamaai Account

How to request deletion

• WhatsApp us at +91 99064 23272 or email care@kamaai.app from your registered email, with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered phone number.
• We will verify it is you with an OTP to your registered phone.
• Your account is closed within 7 days and personal data is deleted within 30 days.

Before you delete

Please withdraw any wallet balance first. Orders in progress must be completed or cancelled. Pending payouts and recoveries will be settled before closure.

What is deleted

Your profile, email, Google link, bank/UPI details, card bank list, referral link, device data and chat records.

What we must keep

Order, payout, invoice and TDS records (including name and PAN) are kept for up to 8 years where Indian tax and company law requires, and then deleted. These are not used for anything else.
